This three-part workshop series equips facu lty with practical tools to align their teaching methods\, learning object ives\, and assessments for improved student outcomes. Session 1 focuses on self-assessment\, helping participants identify strengths and areas for g rowth in instructional alignment. Session 2 dives into best practices for effective\, evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to higher educatio n. Session 3 concludes the series by guiding participants through aligning assessments with instructional practices\, ensuring consistency and meani ngful evaluation of student learning.
