It’s all about insider information. SI sessions are led by students who’ve successfully completed your course — with the same professor. Simply put: they’ve been there. It also improves:

  • Here are some tips that will make the most out of your SI session:
  • Hour-long sessions are offered 1-2 times a week and you can come as often as you’d like. And if you need more help, swing by the SI leader’s weekly office hours.
  • Come on time and prepared with any questions!
  • Use SI as an opportunity to meet other students in your class and form study groups.
  • Use the strategies used in SI in your own study sessions.
